Digital Product Delivery Policy

TAB.DIGITAL provides digitally delivered cloud-based services. Our products are software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and are delivered electronically through online access.

Delivery of digital services is deemed complete once the service has been provisioned and access credentials, activation confirmation, or service details have been sent to the Customer’s registered email address.

Services are typically provisioned automatically upon successful payment confirmation. In certain cases, manual verification may be required for security or fraud prevention purposes, which may delay activation.

Access to services is provided via the TAB.DIGITAL Client Area (cp.tab.digital), Workspace platform (ws.tab.digital), and other assigned service domains where applicable.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the registered email address is accurate and accessible, and for properly configuring any custom domain, DNS settings, or related integrations where applicable.

Due to the nature of digital services, once provisioning has commenced and access information has been transmitted to the registered email address, delivery is considered fulfilled and the service is deemed active, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
